in the current October 20 issue of “People”
magazine.

Come meet Sasha at the new
Alice S. Etscorn Tiger Tundra
Sasha, a 350-pound male Amur
tiger, is currently trading time in the spotlight with
16-year-old female Amur tiger Sinda during the Zoo’s three
training and educational presentations at the newly
renovated Alice S. Etscorn Tiger Tundra exhibit where one
can get nose-to-nose with the most magnificent cats on
earth!
The new Alice S. Etscorn
Tiger Tundra gives guests a thrilling yet safe
opportunity to enjoy an eye level view of Amur tigers
through a 1.5” reinforced glass barrier. Feel the rumble of
their roar. Zookeepers conduct training and enrichment
demonstrations daily at 10:30 a.m., 2 and 3:30 p.m. (weather permitting).
