Depression is real'.if you know someone who looks as if they may be going through something don't be afraid to lend your support. Sometimes by just simply asking someone how they are feeling may be a passage way to saving that person's life.

The good news is that depression is treatable. You can tell your doctor about your symptoms or if you don't have a doctor you can call the Nation Institute of Mental Health.
