After graduating Penn State in 1994, Joshua Marks attended Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, while his good friend, Peter Rosenzweig headed to sunny Florida in order to enroll in Miami School of Law. Fast forward about 8 years and a few different jobs later and Josh was a sole practitioner in Cherry Hill, New Jersey while Peter was working for a mid-sized Center City, Philadelphia law firm. Tired of working for someone else and longing to fulfill a vision that was set forth years before, Peter called his old friend and said "I'm ready to make this happen." Six months later, the two attorney/entrepreneurs launched Marks & Rosenweig, LLC, a boutique firm that now concentrates in real estate, business and employment law.

Now celebrating its third year in operation from beautiful office space at 1818 Market Street in Philadelphia, Marks & Rosenzweig, LLC is firming establishing itself as a well-respected boutique firm that services the real estate, business and employment needs of individuals and businesses.
