ILLINOIS U.S. SENATE CANDIDATE ANDY MARTIN SLASHES OBAMA JUDGE FOR 'RACIST JUSTICE,- SAYS AFRICAN-AMERICANS ARE CORRUPTING THEIR PUBLIC OFFICES TO AID OBAMA'S CAMPAIGN FOR PRESIDENT

(CHICAGO) Maverick Republican U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin today slashed an Obama judge for 'racist justice.- Martin said the judge, U. S. District Judge Blanch Manning, was abusing her office to disrupt Martin's campaign for the Senate.

Martin also attacked Cook County Chief Judge Timothy Evans. Martin is preparing to sue Evans for leading a 'racketeering enterprise- of state judges in Chicago. Evans' court was previously determined to be a racketeering (RICO) operation, see U. S. v. Holzer, 816 F.2d 304 (7th Cir. 1987), aff'd and vacated 840 F.2d 1343 (7th Cir. 1988).

'Ever since I graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law I have relentlessly been fighting corruption in Chicago's state and federal courts,- Martin stated in announcing his attack on Judge Manning. 'We have judges like Manning and Evans using their official positions to protect people like Obama, and to harass Obama's opponents. It's wrong. Racism is wrong when perpetrated by whites; and racism is wrong when practiced by blacks. It's wrong. Period.

'The endless river of sleaze involving Obama than has been flowing from Chicago in recent weeks confirms that all of my efforts to expose Obama and to fight the type of crooked courts and crooked Chicago politics he represents have borne good fruit. We are not tiring and we will keep up the fight.-
